1. Use the Account Administration screen to manage all your organizations' Atlas user accounts. You can add new users, manage permissions, reset password, un-lock accounts, as well as activate and deactivate accounts.

 


2. For example, to reset the password of one user, you must first check the box before the login id of the user and then click on Reset password.


3. To manage security roles/permissions of a user, click on the below mentioned icon. A popup window will appear which  shows all roles and a description of these roles. Select the roles you would like the user to have.



4. To change the time zone for your organization, click on Account Administration > Users, and the select the globe icon. A window will open, select the time zone and press OK.
