After configuring your project roles, you can create project team templates. You may have many projects, and each project will have different, or sometimes the same teams. The same team can be working on a project in a particular region, or of a particular product type. The team template can come very handy when updating the project team list for multiple projects. You can create Project Team Templates based on states, i.e. California, Maryland etc., or by region, such as US East, US West or DG, as well as by utility, etc.


To add a new template you can click on Add New Template from the template name dropdown. To rename a template, click on the edit icon next to the Team Template Name dropdown menu. 



Then click on Add Project Role to add the mapping in the template. You can select project roles to be added in the template and click OK.

 


You can map Project Role to a person by selecting from the dropdown. Once the changes are completed, save them. You can also clone an existing template and make modifications, or delete an existing template.
