TABLE OF CONTENTS

Overview

Use the cashflow template to easily create cash outflow forecast for any project. This admin screen will help you create templates for different types/size of projects. You can delete templates which are no longer needed, as well as clone a template to make changes and additions to the cloned template before saving it as a new template. This way you do not have to create a template from scratch.

Add New Template

Click on the dropdown menu next to Cash Flow Template Name and select Add New Template to do the same. A window will appear, give the cash flow template a name and click OK. To rename the template, click on the pencil icon next to the Cash Flow Template Name dropdown menu. A window will open, rename the template and click OK.

Add New Template Item

Once the template is created, you can add template line items by clicking on Add New Template Item, and in the next step select the COGS category and the delivery date.

In the template the delivery date is created based on the selected milestone type and lag. To split up the COGS amounts into multiple transactions, mention the percentage of COGS (i.e. 10%; if the project's total COGS are $100,000, then this delivery transaction will amount to $10,000 once the template is applied to a project).

The template allows a maximum of 8 deliveries to be forecasted via the template for each COGS category.
