As an admin you can rename the fields in most of the input screens provided under projects. You can also rename how they get displayed in the All Projects grid. In the first column, you see the project page name, and in the second column, you find the Field name. You can modify the Display Label, All Projects Display Label, and the Visible property which is by default checked (uncheck to hide a row). The Display Label appears in the project input screens, whereas the All Projects Display Label shows up as column header in the All Projects report.
