In Atlas all the dropdowns/lists which appear in project tabs can be managed in the Manage Lookup screen. As an admin you can add, update, or remove most of the master list for each category. Open the Manager Lookup screen from the settings menu. A screen as the one below will appear.



The left side navigation panel shows all different categories and subcategories that can be edited in Manage Lookups


 


For example, the above screenshot shows the Manage Lookups fund list which is appears in a project's Project Finance/Legal screen as a dropdown menu option. To add a new fund, click on New Fund at the top. To edit an existing fund, click on the edit icon in the first column of each row. A popup, see below, will appear in which you can enter or edit the information. 

To delete a line item, click on the red cross mark in the first column. You cannot delete a line item which is in use in any other project.
