Overview
This help article describes what to do if Atlas does not open with your Google Chrome browser.
1. Open Google Chrome
2. Open a New Incognito window
3. Type the Atlas URL( https://atlas.ftcsolar.com/AtlasWeb/) into the New Incognito window
4. If Atlas opens fine in the New Incognito window, then the issue is related to browser cache. You will need to clear the chrome browser cache, and follow step 5 and 6.
5. Open a normal Google Chrome window and type in the Atlas URL again https://atlas.ftcsolar.com/AtlasWeb/. Press Ctrl + F5 on your keyboard by press the Ctrl key down and while its down, press the F5 key too. This will refresh the page fully.
6. If Atlas is still not opening in the Chrome browser then try to clear the browser cache as mentioned below. Choose Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.
7. The preselection is fine, i.e. the time range should cover the last hour, and it is okay that the browsing history, cookies and other site data, as well as cashes images and files are checked. Go ahead, click clear data, and try logging into Atlas again.
