3. Fill out the following items and choose from the available dropdowns

  • What type of project are you creating? A system (a power plant), a forecast - placeholder project, or a sandbox - testing projects. Feel free to use the forecast - placeholder project to fill the gap in your annual operating plan between MW of planned projects and MW of identified projects.
  • Where is your project located? Choose the country, state/region, and your project's product (utility solar, C&I, RSC, wind, solar water pumps, hybrid, biomass, other, rural, hydro, transmission, EV grid, storage, PV only, PV + storage). If you choose storage as your product, you will see two more fields appear that need to be filled out.
  • Describe the project:

- its size

- its demand type which clarifies whether the project is included in the annual operating plan or not. Click on the dropdown menu and select whether the project is In Plan or an Opportunity.

- its offtake type (N/A, PPA, FiT, Turnkey, Lease C-S)

- the customer (click on the dropdown and select add new customer or pick an existing customer). If you select add new customer a new popup window will appear. Fill in the name, choose ownership from the dropdown menu, and press OK.

- the opportunity (click on the dropdown and select add new opportunity or pick an existing opportunity). If you select add new opportunity a new popup window will open. Enter the opportunity and hit OK.

- the official reporting stage (for example, qualified or pipeline). As a Atlas admin you can change the dropdown options in Manage Lookups

- the system type (ground, roof, canopy, canal top, EV grid, carport+roof, ground+roof, carport+ground, carport+roof+ground)

- the lead source (internal, channel partner, business development). If you select channel partner or business development, a new field will appear which you need to fill out.

  • What components or services do you provide? Check off the given components, storage, pre-COD services, and post-COD-services you provide
  • Give the project a project name
