Overview
This help article describes the Sales screen of the Overview Project Info Tab.
1. In the General box of the Sales tab (Project Info > Overview > Sales) you can save details on your customer, the opportunity, the opportunity stage, the sales priority, the offtake type, the system type. Depending on the opportunity you select, the opportunity stage will change accordingly. An Atlas admin can manage and change Opportunities in Settings >Manage Lookups. The line Sales Rep and Sales Rep Name are independent from previously defined roles. Select in the Sales Rep and Sales Rep Name dropdown which role should be the Sales Rep of this project, and then the name of your Sales Rep. Define the Sales Priority (1-Highest, 2-High, 3-Normal, 4-Low, 5-Lowest), Offtake Type (N/A, PPA, FiT, Turnkey, Lease-CS), and other tabs.
4. In the Offtake Type box you can define the offtake type and its percentage. Click on the blue plus sign to add a new offtake type and select the values from the dropdown menu. To edit the dropdown menu, any admin or user with Manage Lookup Editor permission can make the changes under Settings > Manage Lookups > Sales > Offtake Type.
3. In the Business Development box you can define the project status, transaction type, and next steps.
4. In the Project Tasks box you can place your project on hold, cancel it, or resume it.
