Overview
This help article describes the Tax screen of the Overview Project Info Tab.
The Tax tab allows you to add your project's information on the following topics:
- property tax
- sales and use tax
- local income tax
I.e. for the property tax, fill out the rate type by choosing between floating or custom. The floating, as well as the custom schedule is based on an escalator. However, once the custom schedule has been generated, you can click into the table and make yours edits. Further, choose the year of first tax payment, the duration (years), the escalator in %, the initial amount, the filling responsibility (corporate tax, 3rd party, or no filing required), as well as the payment frequency (quarterly, semiannually, or annually). Press Save Changes in the top right corner of the Atlas screen, and the escalator schedule will be generated.
