Overview

This help article describes the Documents screen of the Project Management Project Info Tab. 


To set up a document structure for your organization, open your project. In the Project Info bar, select Project Management > Documents. Only uploaded documents are visible here. To upload a document, click on Upload, and this window will appear, see below.



Use the search bar to look for a specific file. To view a suggested document structure, select Options > Show Placeholder Rows. You also have the option to Preview files instead of downloading them right away. 



To modify the above document structure, or rename specific document types, you need Atlas Admin access. As an Admin, go to Settings > Configure > Document Types and follow the steps describes in the help article 'Admin screens under settings menu'.
