Overview

This help article describes the Project Team screen of the Project Management Project Info Tab. 


You can click into the Person column and from the dropdown menu select the name of a person you want to assign to a role, finish by clicking Save Changes in the top right corner. Further, in the top menu bar, you can click on Manage Roles, Apply Template or Exporthe screen as an Excel spreadsheet. 


Click on Manage Roles and a new popup window will appear. Click on the dropdown menu and choose a project role. The name of the person assigned to this project role will appear. Click on the name and press Remove if you want to remove the person from this role. If you want to add a person's name to a specific project role, click on Add. Check the name(s) of the people you want to add and press OK.



Click on Apply Template and a new popup window will appear. Click on the left search icon and specify if your search should or should not contains certain words, if it should start or end with a word, etc. Select one of the templates and click OK.
