Overview

This help article describes the Obligations screen of the Project Management Project Info Tab. The Obligations screen helps remind team members of their obligations. 


Explore the empty white boxes in each column, by clicking on the symbol next to them you get to choose a filter by which you can filter the obligation screen. Further, in the end of each line item, on the right side, you can either upload files (a new window will appear), or you can cancel your obligation.


In the top menu bar, you can click on New Obligation, Clone to Projects or Exporthe screen as an Excel spreadsheet. 

Click on New Obligation and a new popup window will appear. Choose a obligation from the dropdown menu, choose whether it is a one time or recurring obligation and click OK. Your new obligation will get added to the obligation screen. 



Click on Clone to Projects and a new popup window will appear. Select one or multiple projects on the left which should be subject to the cloning of obligations to these projects. Then press Add. The projects will now appear in the right box. Press OK.
