Overview

This help article describes the Checklist screen of the Project Management Project Info Tab. 


To add a new checklist template, simply click on the Add buttonA new window will pop-up, select a template and click OK. Your selected checklist template will appear in the Checklist Items box.



To edit the name of the checklist template, click into the Name box on the right side and rename it. To remove a checklist template, select an checklist template and click on Remove. 


Explore the empty white boxes in each column of the Checklist Items box, by clicking on the symbol next to them, you get to choose a filter by which you can filter the checklist items. In the end of each checklist, on the right side, you can upload documents and export checklists as an Excel spreadsheet. Click into the fields type, constraint, date/milestone, role, person, notes, document(s), and status. You will be able to edit some fields, others will only be available for edit by an Atlas admin. 


For an overview of all checklist items assigned to you, go to Reports > My Checklists.



Right-click into a checklist item, to update the status to completed, or not completed, and to update the checklist notes.
