Overview
This help article describes the Price/ASP screens of the Economics Project Info Tab.
Record your cash inflows in the Price/ASP (Average Selling Price) screen. Enter cash equity, construction loan, tax equity, term debt etc. in the data rows provided.
In order to enter data, you need to click on the New Revision button. Only then will the screen become editable. In case you do not see the New Revision, please get in touch with your Atlas Admin and request access to edit the financial data.
Every time you make updates and save the changes, it is stored as a revision. In the revision dropdown you can view previous revisions.
You can also select a vehicle from the dropdown menu, correct the system size if the size field is highlighted in red, and update notes for each revision.
Enter the price/ASP amount or the $/W value for each transaction. The other value will get auto calculated based on the system size. Further, for every transaction you must enter the date. To update a date, click on the date cell and a popup will appear. If the date is static, then you can use the static date. However, we recommend to use the Link to milestone option as the forecasted transaction dates can automatically get recalculated based on changes in the project schedule. Select a milestone and enter the lag days.
