Overview
This help article describes the Budget vs Actuals screens of the Economics Project Info Tab.
Budget vs Actuals is a report which compares Budget (COGS), Actuals (Payments, Commitments/Open POs) and Forecast (Cashflow Forecast). The actuals and commitments will only be available if you have integrated Atlas with your accounting system. Every time you make a revision in the ASP, COGS or cashflow screen, the Budget vs Actuals gets updated. Under Options you can show or hide COGS levels, show full amount or per W, and show Transactions Panel. If you double-click on an amount under Actuals, Commitments or Forecasts, you will see a breakup of the transactions in the Transaction Panel.
