Overview
This article describes the Design screen in Project Info.
The Design screen shows you an overview of the project's system size, energy production, and material selection. In an initial stage the project sales analyst can update the estimated size. This remains the effective size until the modules and inverter details are updated. The effective system size DC is calculated based on the module selected and its quantity. Similarly, the AC size is calculated based on the inverter size and count. The estimated system size will only be taken into consideration when no module was selected for the effective system size. Effective size will always be given priority over the estimated size.
Under system configuration, add a module, inverter or structure by clicking on i.e. Add Module and clicking into the module screen. A dropdown will appear from which you can choose your module and update the count of modules. Click Save Changes in the top right corner.
Similarly you can add and update inverters and structures. Further, if there is degradation in the inverter rating, you can provide the derated rating in kW AC and provided the count of derated inverters.
You can view the audit history of system size and energy production by clicking on the small icon on the top right corner of each sections. Energy and yield fields are calculated based on the data entered in either of the fields.
