This article describes how to share data in the projects list.

Data Sharing
You can share data if you have an admin permission or are a user who has a data share manager permission. To change permission, go to Settings > Account Administration > Manage Permissions and change permissions to data.
1. After modifying the All Projects Grid, click on the Save As New Grid button
2. A new window will open, write down the New Grid Name and click on the OK button
3. The menu option Data Sharing will now be visible. Click on it.
4. A window will open. Either select an existing contact, or enter the email addresses of external teams. Then choose whether you want to share the data one time, or on a recurring basis (daily/weekly/monthly). The document link will expire automatically in one day, unless you change the number of days, or choose the Never Expires field. Click the OK button to share your data.
