As an admin, go to Settings > Account Administration, and you will see a variety of reports, charts, and history information being presented to you on the left  Account Info.



1. Active User Report


The active user report shows you which users were active during a specific time period. You can refresh the screen (top left), you can specify the time range of your search (the start and end date), as well as export the screen (top right). 



2. Raw Usage Report


The raw usage report shows you in more detail which user visited which screen at what time and date. You can refresh the screen (top left), you can specify the time range of your search (the start and end date), as well as export the screen (top right). 



3. Usage Chart


The usage chart presents the following charts (see below): 

- page vs access count

- month/quarter/year vs access count (choose the time period of interest from the dropdown menu)

- page(s) with month/quarter/year vs access count (choose the time period of interest from the dropdown menu) 


In the top you can specify the start and and date for the charts, and choose from the dropdown menu whether you want this information to be portrayed for all users, or a specific user.




4. Manage Lookup History


The manage lookup history presents the date on which a field was changed, who performed the change, as well as what the old value was and what the new value is.


5. Configure Page History


The configure page history presents the date on which a configuration occurred, who performed the change, what page was impaction and what the action itself was (i.e. modify, delete, etc.).
