Overview

This article describes how to configure a slippage report.



Go to Settings > Configure > Slippage Report. Select which slippage options you want to be activated for your corporate account. You may choose COGS, ASP, as well as various milestones (for this example, design freeze and design mobilization were selected). Click Save Changes.



When you open a project and go to Project Info > Milestones, and then configure i.e. the milestone design freeze, you will be asked what the slippage reason is (see image below). Select a reason and click OK. Remember, when you select a slippage reason for the first time, you need to log out of Atlas and log in again to find the slippage report as an option under the Reports menu.


To customize the reason dropdown, go to Settings > Manage Lookups > Sales/BD > Slippage Reason. Click on the New Slippage Reason button, a new pop-up window will open, type your reason and click OK.
